A heartfelt congratulations to our Cotsen Post-Fellowship Year (PFY) graduating schools! This year鈥檚 celebration on May 8 brought PFY teams together to highlight the growth, breakthroughs, and shared leadership they cultivated while strengthening Collective Teacher Efficacy through a focused signature practice. Throughout the day, teams recounted the moments that shifted their thinking, deepened collaboration, and sparked meaningful change in classrooms across their campuses. Their stories reflected not just progress, but a genuine cultural shift shaped by trust, curiosity, and commitment. We were also delighted to welcome the next cohort of PFY schools, who joined the celebration to witness the work firsthand and gain a glimpse of the powerful year ahead of them.
